In order to keep our neighborhood safe and clean, please abide by the common sense regulations in "PBIA Regulations" below.
Don't forget your beach tag! To verify your membership, it is required that all members and their guests have their membership ID beach tag with them whenever using PBIA property. If you do not have a beach tag, email PBIA for replacement. $10 lost tag fee.
Let's gather more during the summer and have some fun. We are starting a new tradition in Point Beach with cornhole games! Located at the Elaine Road beach end. Our first games will be Wednesday, August 7 @ 7:00pm. BYOB.
Once this gets established, we will arrange for a regular schedule.
Each summer the PBIA hosts a neighborhood party at the Elaine Road beach-end. This is a great opportunity to gather with each other, meet new neighbors and enjoy the sunset in a casual and fun atmosphere. For PBIA members and their guests only. See the invitation below for more information.
Would you like to celebrate a wedding ceremony or other private function with a gorgeous waterfront view? Members in good standing can reserve the beach-end association properties for private functions. See the reservation form and hold harmless agreement below for details.
The annual PBIA meeting will be held Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 9:00am at the Milford Elks Lodge, 124 New Haven Avenue, Milford. This meeting is for PBIA members only and is not open to the public. All PBIA members are urged to attend this important meeting to review and discuss association business.
